Members of the contact form and spf-help support teams,

today's council meeting, with the participation of members of the contact
form support team, came to the conclusion that certain support requests
could be preempted by improving our website, and the "why" page[1] in
particular.

For instance, a common complaint goes along the line "STOP BLOCKING MY
MAIL!". In that case a likely solution is to make it very clear on the
"why" page that _we_ are not blocking anything, and _who_ blocked mail for
what reason. The "why" page largely uses correct language already, but
isn't very explicit in some aspects.

Members of the contact form and spf-help support teams, please help us in
making the website better and preempting unnecessary support requests by
suggesting similar improvements to the old and new websites based on your
support experience! (We're working on obsoleting the old website as soon
as possible, but this is an iterative process and its completion will take
a few more weeks.)

Julian.
