More like a fact, receivers are free to challenge an SPF PASS
from unknown senders...

...yes, and if I don't confuse this with earlier issues I've
submitted it to SpamCop. RFC 3864 clearly says "Return-Path",
automatic mails to other addresses are likely net abuse.
