Yes, should be relatively easy, receiver's POV (if only
interested in simple SPF policies for HELO), sender's POV
(how to), some remarks about domain literals as HELO, and
what 2821 offers (not much, but more than nothing).
With no speculations _why_ receivers might be only interested
in HELO checks and "simple" policies. Where "simple" could
boil down to a, mx, ip4, ip6, all without macros (or similar,
explaining that it's allowed to abort SPF evaluations at any
point if that has the same effect as never trying it).
