I'd like to point out that there are just over 48 hours left for you to
register as a voter in the council elections, which will take place in the
week from 2007-01-22 to 01-28:

So far, there are just 19 registered voters, so if you haven't registered
yet, please feel invited to participate! Casting your ballot is going to
be easy. All you really need to do is make up your mind. ;-)
