I am only looking for XSL solution.
I know it's possible through DOM API.

Hello.
What's the prob? Use DOM to split XML. If u want to
reverse process back,
use special attrs while merging. Like this:
XML1: <el a="1" />
XML2: <el a="2" />
GERGED XML:
<merged>
<el a="1" my:source="XML1" />
<el a="2" my:source="XML2" />
</merged>
ok?

Subject: [xsl] Spliting one XML to multiple XML docs
using XSL
Hi All,
Is it possible to split the imput XML into
multiple
XML trees??
I am merging the multiple xml files using XSL, I
want
