Hello,

You can substring operation instead of having wildcard in the expression.
like "dato[substring(@id,1,5)= 'imagen']" in the Xpath query.

Is that what you want?

Subject: [xsl] How can i detect differents nodes with a similar name?

Hello,

 I need to do this:
I have, for example, this 2 tags:

  <dato id="imagen_1">aaaa</dato>
  <dato id="imagen_2">bbbb</dato>

It's possible to do something like this:
 <xsl:template match="dato[(_at_)id= 'imagen*']">OK</xsl:template>

And make it works, is to say, the xsl must detect the 2 nodes: imagen_1 and
imagen_2.

 A lot of thanks,

   Marcial Atienzar
