This page explains how to call MSXML from a HTML Page which I think is what
you are looking for. It's not as detailed/well-written as Michael's book
but it should get you started.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/xmlsdk/htm
/xslt_howdoi_2put.asp
Thanks!

I saw it and with that and the other messages in the list, i thought i could
do something..

On the other side, i don't know anything about js (also don't know java).
I liked xml/xslt because it seems to be 'standard' as opposed to the
js objects that any browser's engine seems to have one of it's own.

So, i'll see if i implement it in js or wait for xslt standarization..

Also, it seems to me (only a personal feeling), that js is far to
be implemented in text browsers (like lynx) than xslts over xml, but
who knows..

Thank you to you and the answers of the other people that sent
scripts.
