Unfortunately, the period for comments on this draft has passed by a
fortnight.
You can still comment, but they may choose to take it as an early
comment on the next draft. Since they are in last call they have to
formally document their responses to any comments that come in by the
stated date, but the comment list does not close at that point, you can
comment at any time.
