Ok, 2 responses now say to create a variable of the root source. I
was going to ask if this was possibly inefficient or if this is not a
preferred workaround
variables holding node sets are pointers to that node set, not copies of
it, if that was your efficiency concern.
but sounds like it is fairly standard practice.
Would that be a correct assumption?
so standard that it's in the faq list (I would guess:-)
