That is, when ALL nodes have value of 0, I have to do something
test="not(row/x ! =0)"
and when at least one x has a value different from 0
test="row/x ! =0"
I want to use <xsl:if>, not <xsl:choose>
why? that means you have to do thw same test twice, rather than just
doing it once and using xsl:otherwise for the other case.
