Well the raw XML shows in UTF-8. I think it's a problem in the
stylesheets but there are about ten involved so I'll let Gabriel examine
them :)
Yes, I have seen this too. Perhaps it has more to do with the machine
processing in one encoding, but sending a different one.
Just some guesses :) Perhaps a wiccan can shed some light :)
