If we make the on the fly xsl the dominant
one, do you know if the imported or fixed xsl still be loaded from
cache?
The answer to that depends on the product you're using, but is probably no.
That's because a lot of the compile-time work involved in processing a
stylesheet depends on having a total picture of all the global variables,
named templates, etc, in all the modules.
