Re: Conditionally use attribute sets?

Sorry, should have been more specific. If you use attribute sets, you
can override some of the attributes in a set using import precedence,
but when using a template you have to redeclare all attributes as
templates don't have an equivalent of apply-imports. 

I'm not sure I understand (in fact, I'm fairly sure I don't understand)
If you really need an apply-import's like behaviour you can use
a matching one in a special mode (matching a more or less arbitrary
node, such as /)
