Yes, you are correct that any server side technology can do XSLT
transformation (except some, which do not have hooks to XSLT engines).

Yes you are right, nearly all web servers support some kind of dynamic
page output.

I was talking from purely theoretical perspective. i.e. a plain HTTP
Web Server that offers only HTTP support.

But you gave a good argument against my views.
