I tend to think of for-each-group as a sane syntax
for-each-group is much more generalized than the Muenchian method because
the population of nodes to be grouped can be anything,
yes this is true (I've even made good use of that flexibility in my own
stylesheets) still it doesn't change the way I think about it:-)
