Ugh!

People who write that sort of stuff deserve stronger warnings!

Presumably a similar warning for xsl:template and xsl:for-each-group
would be equally desirable. Any others?

<xsl:template match="/"/> typically does have an effect.

That's often true. I would still think a warning is in order though,
with better wording.
