You might like to try tkxsltproc at:
http://tclxml.sf.net
It has both a Windows and Mac OS X binary version. This is a GUI
wrapper for libxml2 and libxslt - no Java required.
This application doesn't do batch processing, but feel free to request
it for a future version.
