By using queryBinding attribute in Schematron we can use XSLT 2.0 .

There's no equivalent to document-uri() in XSLT 1.0.
However, I believe lots of people are using Schematron with XSLT 2.0. To
find out how, you might be better asking on a Schematron forum.
