* SGML background
* Web tutorials everywhere I could find them
* MK's books
* Trial by fire
* Ken Holman's class (both, originally, all three since)

I probably should have listed the last first because it was the most
immediately effective.


I continue to use the zvon reference pages as part of my external memory.
