It's the parser that feeds the xslt processor that deals with the schema, be it DTD or relax NG or W3C schema. So I guess
the simple answer is 'none'?

I don't see DTD's going away for a long time, just that
few are writing new ones due to the enhancements available
in more recent schema types.
