I remember being genuinely confused why anyone would call xsl:variable
"xsl:variable" when it was in fact a constant.
The list experts explained to me why it's called that, I learned
something, and then I was happy.
It's no different to text() or != or whatever part of the language we
repeat this thread on next.
(by the way Im specifically talking about != and not = vs eq)
