I think it needs to be pointed out that it never really took off
because the Council (or Chuck as it's representative) never charged
the committee with a task (despite repeated requests).
I thought that the committee's objective had been clear[1]. Clear enough
in order do some serious strategical deliberations, anyway.
I must confess, though, that even though I wasn't meant to be much more
than an observer on that committee, I had promised to make some proposals,
too, but have never found the time. :-(
