I was under the impression that DKIM and DomainKeys
are essentially the same thing and that questions involving
them are welcome on this list? If not, can you please point
me to a list which is more suitable for my questions?

This is a DKIM developers list, but you're asking specifically about
support for a product using the older DomainKeys protocol.
Are you asking the right question in the right place? Shouldn't this be
directed towards Ecelerity's support mechanisms?
