This looks like a good solution. In fact, there is no need to quit if
CAPA succeeds. Only if the response to CAPA is an -ERR should the
POP server be reconnected.
Here is the second patch as promised. This patch now forces an
immediate repoll if CAPA fails. This should now not cause any problems
in non-daemon mode.
However, as already told by Matthias Andree, this can cause problems
with POP3 servers which have load balancers and which do not support
CAPA.
