The procmail solution worked quite fine, thanks!
Still it'd be nice to be able to fix this from fetchmail, but for now it does.
After a few days of testing I'll replace duplicates for /dev/null and everybody
will be happy ;)

Here are the headers of one message. I see no appropiate header,

My multidrop user is aristide(_at_)lionking(_dot_)org, my domain is
actually busa.lionking.org
So aristide(_at_)lionking(_dot_)org gets all mail to
anything(_at_)busa(_dot_)lionking(_dot_)org however I still want to
receive aristide(_at_)lionking(_dot_)org's messages, of course.
Why not use procmail to eliminated duplicates?
:0 Whc: msgid.lock
| formail -D 8192 .msgid.cache
:0 a:
duplicates
The above recipe caches the Message-Id ands sends E-mails that match a
cached Message-Id to a duplicates folder.
