"fetchall" forces fetchmail to use RETR instead of TOP. The FAQ mentions

There should be a FAQ entry that mentions Maillenium, since it seems to
be propagating beyond Comcast; ideally in the "how do I make fetchmail
work with a particular server" section.
As far as I can tell from looking around the net, Maillenium has this
particular "feature" to protect Outlook Express from eating itself. I
saw some traffic somewhere wherein Comcast claimed that the 80K
truncation was to protect Outlook Express from a vulnerability that was
tickled by sending "much more than 64K" in response to a TOP command. I
don't have a URL handy, sorry.
