Using the same account name and password of
the webmail in fetchmail aborts as follows. What should I change?

fetchmail: POP3> USER MLXXXX
fetchmail: POP3< +OK please send PASS command
fetchmail: POP3> PASS *
fetchmail: POP3< -ERR invalid usercode or password, please try again

You should change either the username, or the password, or possibly the
hostname (mail.mclink.it), to the correct one for your POP3 mailbox.

If you don't know what the correct account settings are for POP3 access to
your mailbox, talk to your new ISP.

It might even be that POP3 access is disabled to your mailbox. They might
enable it for you, for a fee.
