FreeBSD ports usually have a baseline (PORTNAME) and a second port
(PORTNAME-devel or PORTNAME63 or something similar) that sets
NO_LATEST_LINK or whatever its exact name (so that pkg_add -r grabs the
baseline rather the devel).
