At this point I'd suggest that we try Berlios first, and if they don't
accept the project or just ignore us, we fall back to Alioth.
I am continuing to hear poor things about the Subversion repositories
hosted at Alioth. We might want to look into other alternatives besides
Alioth if Berlios doesn't work out.
Rob, would you be willing to start the process of setting up a project
at Berlios?
