Hmmm. Might be worth mentioning another rule of project management:
Be as careful, clear, and definitive as you can, when making a decision. But
having made it, don't review the sucker unless there is compelling new
evidence that the decision was flawed. That is, make the decision and move
on.
I happen to hate the boundary scheme that is in the spec. I'm from the
old school that uses simple boundaries and then quotes interior strings
that look like the boundary but aren't. Tough. The group made a decision
and I don't have an argument that says that the current decision will
break.
