I don't feel strongly enough about the issues I raised to be the sole
person blocking a consensus. So unless someone else agrees with my
other points, the only issue I'd like to keep open is the verbatim
issue.
Because another person agrees with my view of verbatim and because
I've heard no substantive argument to include it in light of the
existing mechanism to do the same thing (multipart messages), I still
oppose the inclusion of verbatim.
