I think this illustrates that we're not faced with a yes-or-no question.
You're trying to make a distinction between "fill" and "nofill" which is
not appropriate for the (so far discussed) meaning of the parameter.  If
that's an important distinction to make, then probably there should be
additional values.

However, that's drifting even farther down the path of markup languages.

} "wrap=no" should only be used for messages which contain ascii art

Most messages that contain tables etc. will contain "ordinary" text as
well.

Exactly as if the text weren't short.
