The subject of the questionable message should be in the
subject of the message to the moderator. This is important,
because then the moderator can disapprove messages with
subjects such as "Get your Viagra Online Now !!!" or
"FREE SUNGLASSES as seen in McCall's Magazine" without
having to even open the message.
