For LISTSERV, the moderator just ignores the unacceptable
messages. For the acceptable messages, the moderator just
replies with a message with the single word "OK" in the
text. LISTSERV then gets the code of the transaction
from the subject.

This method in LISTSERV makes it easy for the moderator.
Any new standard for this should not make it more difficult.
And the new standard should work also for moderators, whose
MUA have not been adapted to the new standard.
