Well those look like "vanity" or "write-only" headers to me, which should
be left as X-headers outside of the registry.

So you need a requirement that things only go into the registry if it is
anticipated that widely deployed software will want to parse and
understand them (and which it would be a pain to rewrite if it had to be
changed from X- to non-X- later on).

Of course, anything in the provisional registry should come with a health
warning to the effect that it MAY change before it gets finalised, though
if it is backed up by an identified discussion forum there is some chance
of keeping the development of the idea on a reasonable track.
