No, not necessarily. As long as the separators fit RFC 2045's definition
ot a ``token'', the whole list is the name of a single unknown CTE from
the perspective of old software.
For example, the example above is compatible with the syntax from RFC
2045 and old parsers should read a CTE named ``gzip|escaped-8bit''
