In 2.2.3:

I doubt that is possible :-( . I suggest s/infinitely/indefinately/.

And in Appendix B:

I think they are removed from no-fold-literals also.

And where did that '*' come from?
"Items marked with an asterisk (*) below are items which appear in
section 4 of this document and therefore can no longer be generated."
The only remaining issue that I have is the SP after colon business.
You asked for some text, someone provided it, Frank approved and I
suggested some small improvements. Is there any reason not to
proceed with that?
I had a couple of offline comments on the form of the text and
alternative formulations. I will encourage those folks to share their
comments on the list.
