I think we first need to deal with this (I'll assert) fantasy that
spammers see a 550 or removed an address from their lists because of
one with any significant frequency.
But otherwise we border on the "tree falls and no one around" problem,
what if the SMTP server lies but no one was listening?
Ok, maybe the general issue of server response codes lying transcends
the particular topic at hand which raised the issue.
