For your case "unknown stranger" the default is that you just have no
clue who the sender is.

If I might be forgiven a slight nitpick, you actually have a 20% chance
of knowing who the sender is (assuming an 80% spam figure).

I call this a nitpick because while it is definitely better than having
"no clue", it is not good enough to be useful in a practical sense.
