The proposal suggests that a implementation offering INLINE-DSN
also offers PIPELINING, but frankly, I fail to see the connection.
Anything else follows the model "one command gets one response",
with multi-line responses as worst case. Multiple reponses is a
derivation from this model. With PIPELINING the client is at
least used to the idea that it somehow must match responses to
pending commands. Probably a matter of taste, of course clients
are not forced to use it if they don't like it.
