I don't think that applies: an agent has _actual_ power, granted by
the principal. So, if I point my domain's MX at google or spamarrest,
they become my agent. But if I google for someone's reputation prior
to accepting email from him, that doesn't make google my agent: they
have no _actual_ power, only advisory.
For this account, Panix is my agent. They have the _actual_ power.
