The mailstore where a message resides is not exactly the same thing as
the MTA responsible for receiving a message, although most of the
times they coincide.
In addition, there is the sidestepped issue of sending reports where
the relevant administrative actions can be made. Most of the times
this is not the mailstore administrator.
