As I've said more than once, there are two methods of doing it
documented already that are preferable to listing the world:
- return TEST NET DNS server addresses, OR
- return something outside of 127.0.0.0/8
The first one has the advantage of doing something useful EVEN IF the
DNSBL client has never heard of RFC6471.
