It is expensive to provide such a cache for free. Why would someone
want to offer such a service for free?
Perhaps you might ask Google why they run 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
I run a free DNSBL, korea.services.net. The public caches have
never been a problem. The people I have to block hammer on it
directly from their own clients. The query streams suggest that
they aren't caches, since they tend to ask the same questions
over and over.
