Yes, but then there are zombies, open relays, etc, that are
not ultimately responsible for the content but are certainly
a tool in the distribution chain. Maybe the only long term
solution is to cut off air supply to the content creators,
but it's sort of hard for me to get my head around the idea
that the faciliators ought not be "accountable" for their
part in this mess.
