Looks great, with one question:
The working group will NOT consider related topics, ...
* Key management, including key-distribution infrastructure.
It better consider key management at least to the extent of
documenting the DNS distribution system that's in use now. Perhaps it
should say it won't consider additional key management or distribution
systems.
