Can we close on this, and work up an agenda for the BOF?
the first paragraph of a charter is circulated as a kind of 'abstract'.
hence it needs to be a reasonably concise summary. the simplest
suggestion i can make is to combine pars 1 and 2. a bit long, but
serves the purpose.
