Neither Doug.

It is the domain being protected.  The DK in DKIM is "Domain Key"

The OA email address (2822.From) is only inherently part of the DKIM
protective shell if it is included in the hashed signature (h= tag includes
From;)  Similarly, this also include the option to have 2821.Sender as part
of the signature.
