To follow the sausage-making analogy, DKIM has barely gotten past the
stage of deciding whether or not to kill the animal first. Now, I
think, the argument is about whether to grind the meat.
Steve, it may be worth mentioning to your external consumpters that
DomainKeys is useful NOW. DKIM won't be deployed widely enough to be
useful to senders until about a year after the IETF finishes with it.
And if DKIM isn't an easy replacement for DK, it may never be deployed
widely at all.
