Remind them where? How? If it's not mentioned in nor is part of the
specification how do you propose that ADSP do that?
In a non-normative sentence or two in the RFC.
Let's not be too gentle here; failure to do this results in a very
misleading result from ADSP. I would make it at least a SHOULD.
